Request the transfer code from your current provider (auth code, EPP code; for .nl it is called a transfer token).

Check that your domain is not locked and that the holder email address is correct; a confirmation is sometimes sent there.

In the customer panel go to Domains and choose Transfer. Enter the domain and the transfer code.

A .nl transfer is free and usually done within an hour; other extensions cost the transfer rate and take up to 5 days.

Your remaining term is kept and the domain is extended by one year. After that you manage DNS and renewal with us.
Tip: Migrate your website and email first and only then the domain; that way there is never a moment without site or mail.
